Senior Master Sergeant Gary D Stephens

Senior Master Sergeant Gary D. Stephens, horn, hails from Denver, Colorado. He received a Bachelor of Music Degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Gary has studied horn with Mark Denekas, Jack Herrick, and Chris Leuba. He has performed with the Colorado Symphony, the Denver Chamber Orchestra and the Colorado Ballet Orchestra. He has been a member of The United States Air Force Academy Band since 1990 and has been awarded two Air Force Commendation Medals. Gary performs with the marching band, Stellar Brass and serves as principal horn with the concert band.
